Acceptance of Terms

By engaging Websites Creation for website design services, you agree to these Terms of Service, effective July 25, 2025, at 12:01 PM SAST. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

Services Provided

Websites Creation offers website design and related services, including custom site development, revisions, and consultations. Package details (e.g., 2999 for a landing page, 15999 for membership & e-commerce) are outlined during agreement.

Client Responsibilities

You must provide accurate content (text, images, etc.) and approve designs within agreed timelines. Delays from your side may extend project deadlines. You are also responsible for securing necessary licenses for third-party materials.

Payment Terms

Payment is due as per the selected package, payable upfront or in installments as agreed. Accepted methods include bank transfer and online payment platforms. Late payments incur a 5% monthly interest charge, and we may suspend work until cleared.

Ownership and Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of the website design transfers to you. We retain rights to our design tools and templates. You may not resell or redistribute our work without permission.

Termination

We may terminate services for non-payment, misuse, or breach of terms with 7 days’ notice. You may cancel as per our Cancellation Policy. Upon termination, you forfeit rights to unfinished work unless otherwise agreed.

Liability

Websites Creation is not liable for losses due to third-party services (e.g., hosting), client-provided content, or unforeseen technical issues. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by South African law. Disputes will be resolved through negotiation or, if needed, in a South African court. Contact support@websitescreation.com for disputes.

Modifications

We reserve the right to update these terms. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use signifies acceptance.
