Refund Eligibility

Websites Creation provides refunds under specific conditions, effective July 25, 2025, at 12:01 PM SAST. Refunds apply only if cancellation occurs within 7 days of agreement with no work started, offering a full refund.

Partial Refunds

If work has begun, refunds are prorated based on completed tasks, up to 50% of the package cost. No refunds are issued after project delivery or 30 days post-agreement.

Refund Process

Submit refund requests in writing to support@websitescreation.com with your order details. Processing takes 10-15 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

Domain purchases, third-party fees, and custom work post-delivery are non-refundable. This policy ensures fairness and covers our costs.

Exceptions

We may consider exceptions at our discretion for exceptional circumstances (e.g., severe illness). Contact us with documentation for review.
