Service Commitment

Websites Creation agrees to deliver your website within the timeline agreed upon (typically 2-6 weeks based on package: 2999 for landing page, 15999 for membership & e-commerce), effective July 25, 2025, at 12:01 PM SAST.

Revisions

You receive two rounds of revisions per project. Additional changes incur extra fees, agreed upon in advance.

Support

We respond to support queries within 48 hours during business days (Monday-Friday, 9 AM-5 PM SAST). Emergency support is unavailable.

Exclusions

Delays due to client-provided content, third-party issues, or force majeure (e.g., natural disasters) are excluded from our commitments.

Uptime and Performance

We ensure the website functions as designed at delivery. Post-launch performance depends on your hosting and maintenance.

Breach and Remedies

If we fail to meet agreed timelines without exclusion, we offer a 10% discount on your next project. Notify us at support@websitescreation.com within 7 days of delay.
