Cancellation Rights

You may cancel Websites Creation services at any time by emailing support@websitescreation.com, effective July 25, 2025, at 12:01 PM SAST.

Pre-Work Cancellation

Cancellation before work starts halts all activity with no further charges. Notify us at least 48 hours before the start date.

In-Progress Cancellation

After work begins, cancellation incurs a fee based on completed work, up to 50% of the package cost. You will receive a detailed breakdown upon request.

Post-Delivery Cancellation

Projects must be canceled within 30 days of delivery for partial credit eligibility. After this, no credits or refunds apply.

Company Termination

We may cancel services with 7 days’ notice for breach of terms (e.g., non-payment, misuse). You will receive a final invoice for work completed.
